NAC of ICSAW Membership Application

AN INVITATION TO JOIN OUR SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Native American Church of the International Center for Spiritual & Ancestral Wisdom (NAC of ICSAW).

Membership is an invitation to walk in sacred relationship with Creator, Mother Earth, ancestral wisdom, and a community dedicated to spiritual growth, compassion, integrity, and service.

We welcome those who sincerely seek to honor these relationships and embrace the spiritual principles, ethical responsibilities, and ceremonial guidelines of NAC of ICSAW.

Becoming a member is more than completing an application. It is a commitment to shared values, mutual respect, and the understanding that we are all connected within the sacred web of life.

REQUEST A MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership applications are provided upon request to individuals interested in becoming part of our spiritual community.

All completed applications must be printed, signed by hand, and returned by mail for review. Please request and review your membership application packet before submitting your membership contribution. 

MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTION — $500

A one-time membership contribution of $500 accompanies each completed membership application. This contribution supports membership processing, administrative expenses, membership materials, and issuance of your membership card. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For your convenience, you may submit your membership contribution electronically through our official Venmo account.

Please include your full name and "NAC Membership" in the payment description. Record your payment date and transaction information in the payment section of your application packet so we can match your contribution with your mailed documents.

Pay by Check or Money Order

Make your check or money order payable to: Adam DeArmon - ICSAW

Enclose your payment with your completed, signed application and mail it to the address in your application packet.

Membership contributions and applications are reviewed together. Payment does not automatically constitute membership approval.

COMPLETING YOUR APPLICATION

Once you receive your membership application packet, please carefully review all documents, agreements, covenants, and ceremonial guidelines.

Complete the required forms, print your application, and sign and date all documents where indicated. Original handwritten signatures are required.

Mail your completed application and any required payment documentation to the address provided in your application packet.

Applications are reviewed by authorized NAC of ICSAW leadership. Submission of an application does not automatically constitute approval of membership.

MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL & RECOGNITION

Following review and approval of the completed application, members receive official recognition of their membership in NAC of ICSAW.

Membership cards are generally issued within 2–4 weeks following approval and receipt of all required documentation.

Membership represents an ongoing commitment to the spiritual principles, ethical standards, and community responsibilities of NAC of ICSAW.

Membership does not automatically establish eligibility to participate in sacred medicine ceremonies or authorize the possession, distribution, or administration of sacred medicines. Ceremonial participation remains subject to applicable laws, church policies, appropriate preparation, and authorization.

Membership contributions and applications are reviewed together. Submission of an application and payment of the membership contribution do not guarantee membership approval. If an application is not approved, the $500 membership contribution will be refunded in full.
